Our first category is Planning, which reflects efforts in master planning and
development and is represented by published planning guidelines.
PARTNERSHIPS
Partnerships recognize effective cooperative public and private partnerships
that result in a community benefit.
DESIGN
Design projects focus on the design quality of completed architectural, site,
landscape, interiors, and public art projects.
The Partnership for Community Design desk and shelf awards have been designed
and produced by Catherine “Chi” Leary of deSign Broker Southwest.
The John Venezia Memorial Award honors persons within our community who have
gone above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to making Colorado Springs
a better place to live, work, or play. Award winners are outstanding
individuals who leave a lasting mark within the community and in our hearts.
This award has been donated each year by Chi Leary.
