PARTNERSHIP FOR COMMUNITY DESIGN
2009 AWARDS BANQUET
The Partnership Board of Directors has elected not to host the 22nd Annual Awards Program for 2009.
We understand that given the current economic climate, businesses are strapped for time and resources;
however, we will continue the Awards Program in 2011. We eagerly anticipate the wonderful projects –
projects that create a positive image for our community – that will be submitted with two years of
development occurring between Awards Programs.
Since we will not be asking for sponsorship for the 2010 Awards Program, we ask that you support the
completion of the South Entryway Feature. Instead of a $55 donation for the Awards Program dinner,
we ask that a donation of $55 be put toward the completion of the Feature. This money will be used
on the materials, installation, and construction of the solar lighting package and the landscaping.
The South Entryway Feature represents many years of hard work and dedication of the citizens of
Colorado Springs. Your support of the South Entryway Feature is critical to the success of its
completion, and we encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to further the mission of
the Partnership for Community Design, a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization. If you wish to make a
